Dr Patricia encourages teaching obesity prevention and health in communities throughout Orange County and beyond. She believes in promoting concepts at an early age through specially-designed classes on health and nutrition classes offered at preschools and other sites for parents of young children.

Dr. Patricia organizes and participates in all-school and in-class assemblies in various School Districts (Newport-Mesa, Santa Ana, Saddleback, Anaheim , Orange, and many more). She has seasonal activities to help children become engaged and interested in nutrition. This is all done to help promote wellness and intuitive eating habits in children and families of all ages.
