Peanuts

Peanuts are the classic ballpark snack. The crack of the shell is synonymous it with the crack of the bat. Good thing peanuts has become a favorite among baseball spectators, because they are nutritious and satisfying. One ounce of peanuts is an excellent source of Vitamin E, which is lacking from the majority of American's diets. Peanuts provide protein (7.5 grams per ounce), fiber (2.5 grams per ounce) and heart healthy fat, which all makes them a more satisfying snack. Plus, peanuts provide essential nutrients such as magnesium, folate, niacin, and

magnesium.
